No, it is not. You need to purchase that ticket on your own by online or at the entry zone of Angkor Wat on the tour.
Visitors should wear cover clothes that cover their shoulders and pants, or below-the-knee skirts when visiting Angkor Wat.
You could wear comfortable cycling clothes (shirt covering your shoulders and pants below the knee for sacred places) with sandals, flip-flops, or lightweight shoes. Bring sun cream, sunglasses , refillable water bottle, and camera or smartphone to take pictures
